Professional Photo Opportunity
for HVTP Members Only
The Hudson Valley Textile Project is excited to offer HVTP members access to a photo session by professional photographer and industry friend Gale Zucker.
Gale will create digital photos of YOUR items for your use in your social media, website, marketing materials, advertising, product shots, media release and display photos.
Think fiber, finished products or anything that represents your brand. You can explore Gale’s previous work on her site: Gale Zucker Photography. We have worked with Gale previously to create beautiful sheep photography at many of our farms (and will have a farm-visit session in the future, too).
We have partnered with two lovely Hudson Valley settings for the photo sessions:
August 2 at Glynwood Farm, Cold Spring, NY
August 3 at Tiashoke Farm, Schaghiticoke, NY

More details:
You will be guaranteed photos of three items (3-4 final images of each, provided as hi res jpg files for Dropbox download).
Depending on the specifics of your items, up to ten product shots may be doable (so bring along other items).
A personal headshot is also an option in lieu of one of the items.
The cost is $50/member. This is over a $300 value!
There are ten 1/2 -hour time slots available both days: five each morning and five each afternoon. Sign-ups are on a first come, first serve basis; and your non- refundable full payment must accompany sign-up.
When you sign up, choose the day; and select either morning or afternoon. You will receive confirmation via email which will include your exact time assignment. With the confirmation will be a contract for you to sign and return along with a list of what products you will be bringing. We will also send directions to the site and hints for what items and props to bring.
Not able to attend?
If you are not able to attend either day, you can still send products to be photographed. Just indicate as such when you sign-up by selecting the “Not Attending; Send Items to be photographed” option with “Either” selected as your time slot. The same fee, contract terms, hints, etc. will apply. Shipping to and from the photo shoot is your responsiblity.

Fine Print: Photographer grants unlimited non-exclusive perpetual world publication rights for all usages in print and electronic media to both the HVTP and its members. Sale or distribution to third parties is prohibited without permission of the photographer. The photographer may use the images in self-promotion, portfolio presentation or non-industry usages. Copyright remains with the photographer. Photographer requests photo credit by name when possible. Photographer will share images on her social media and will tag and credit HVTP and individual members.
