NEW YORK TEXTILE MONTH EVENT
This September HVTP proudly hosted our New York Textile Month event to showcase our new original film title, “A Fiber Journey: Textiles Farmed and Made in NYS”. Isabella Rossellini gave an engaging keynote address depicting her own personal journey within the fashion industry, her own flock of sheep, and her commitment to the slow fashion movement. A panel of NYS industry experts followed the film to give insight into the supply chain and our current successes and challenges.
INVESTING IN THE FUTURE OF FASHION
HVTP is proud to be a contributing member of New York’s Fashion Innovation Center, working towards building a smarter more sustainable fashion industry. This effort is supported by a $9 million dollar NYS investment, announced by Govenor Hochul in the Fall of 2023.
